...as the Iranian confectioner's union takes a page from the "freedom fries" book.
That's right. In Iran, Danish pastries are now to be known as "Roses of the Prophet Muhammed".
I am highly amused.
Anyway, one of the other things that struck me in the article is the fact that Lego is among the Danish products being boycotted in the Middle East.
And I started thinking about how the boycott is really the most responsible thing the Muslim world has done to protest the cartoons, and one person's idea of supporting the Danish papers' right to publish freely by buying Danish goods to offset the Muslim boycott...
Lego, huh? Well, that settles it. I'm gonna strike a blow for freedom right now. :D
