Congratulations, man, and thanks for all the laughs.
Thanks! My next project probably won't be as funny, but we'll see.
*huggles* *Smiles* Excellent work as always, love. *Hugs* Congratulations.
Thanks, babe. And thanks for putting up with me when I had a comic to do when you were over...
Psh. As you so-often say, it's not a matter of "putting up with," darling. I never minded at all (indeed, I appreciated that you would share such time with me!), nor will I mind when you pick up the next project in earnest. *Smiles*
375 is an excellent number to leave on.
Thanks for devoting so much of your time to an awesome strip. :D I'll miss it.
3*5*5*5. Low prime factors always make for good numbers.
I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thanks a lot!
Ahh!! And what a glorious way to end. =D *hugs*
A pirate and a ninja making hand puns. How else was I supposed to finish? :D
Congrats, and many thanks!
No, thank you. :-)
Also, I am extremely jealous that you've managed to complete a webcomic project. You now have a coherent body of work to your name, with which you could possibly smite your enemies or market for profit-- er, or... just kinda bask in the glory of. :-)
I know that, after Scatterplot, any new comic you produce will definitely be worth the wait.
Coming from the guy who originally inspired this whole thing, that means a lot. Thanks.
I won't be marketing Scatterplot for profit - full-color books are going to be expensive enough (for this small an audience, anyway) without me trying to make more money on top of it. But I might put together a few bumper stickers or something.
Mainly, though, Scatterplot is now, as you say, a credential that I can use to incite interest in my next project... though the enemy-smiting is tempting indeed.
Well, Angela is now technically a pirate ninja - or a ninja pirate - and may be the crucial link that brings their people together.
Meanwhile, I thought the robot's mortal enemy was the monkey. So the robot hand would have to go up against... a monkey paw? Which can be dangerous - the monkey paw does 8 damage, but only in the Foyer.
Well, Pirates of the Carribean gave us Zombie Ninja Pirate Monkeys...
I'm not sure it was a ninja, actually. Any ninja skills it might have had were already available as racial bonuses for taking "monkey".
I've had a great time reading your comic over the years. It's added cheer to many of my days. Thanks again. Good luck in all your future projects!
Thanks! And of course, I'm still available for future illustration work for MLC Eikaiwa (I think I spelled that right!) if you like.
Yay! Thank you! It won't be just yet, though. This year will be for adjustment, not expansion. We will strike into the heart of eikaiwa only when we are good and ready for it. 8) And many thanks for all the work you've already done... it's been instrumental in driving my largest local rival into working inhumane hours and begging for mercy.
Rock on, dude. Thank you for keeping this project going to the end, even when I wasn't 100% on it (in the earlier times), and when I wasn't into it at all (the last 100 strips, or so). I think you've done a great job with it - keep up the good work, and I'll look forward to your next project.
Thanks a lot. It was great working with you.
Speaking of projects, what are you working on these days?
Well done! It has been a great read.
